Start your 30-day free trial and use every module with your whole team. No card needed. Choose a plan when you are ready.
If you have not chosen a plan by day 31, your account becomes read-only for a further 14 days. You can still see your data, and you can pick a plan at any point to carry on where you left off. If no plan is chosen by the end of those 14 days, the account is locked and the workspace can no longer be opened. Your data is not deleted. The company owner can sign in at any time, choose a plan and reopen the workspace straight away.
No. Pay monthly or annually and cancel anytime. There is no minimum term and no job cap.
Your plan simply does not renew. You keep using SOOF as normal until the end of the period you have already paid for, whether that is a month or a year.

No. Every plan includes every module. The only thing that changes the price is how many people use SOOF.
Anyone with a login, whether they work in the office or on site. Office and field staff are all in the same system and all count the same.
Count the people who will log in. 1-2 is Lite, 3-5 is Team and 6-10 is Pro. Beyond 10, you add £8 per extra user per month.
No. All prices are shown plus VAT.
You do. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account. SOOF never touches the money.
SOOF’s primary database is in London. Some service providers may process limited data outside the UK; see our Sub-processors page for details.
