SOOF legal

Dextericy Ltd wants the SOOF website and application to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology or who have visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairments. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we cannot claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA. We design with accessibility in mind, including semantic page structure, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, large tap targets on mobile and readable colour contrast, and we fix problems as we find them.
Some parts of SOOF may not yet be fully accessible. These can include complex data tables and calendars, scheduling interactions, documents and PDFs generated from customer content, photographs and drawings uploaded by users without text descriptions, and content from third-party services such as Xero, Stripe and Google that we do not control.
SOOF is built for current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop, and for mobile browsers on iPhone and Android. We aim for it to work with common screen readers and with browser zoom and text size settings, but we have not completed formal testing across all combinations.
If you find something you cannot use, or need information in a different format, email hello@soof.co with the page address, what happened and any assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to fix reported barriers as quickly as we reasonably can, or to offer another way to get the same information or service.
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which can advise on your rights under the Equality Act 2010. In Northern Ireland, you can contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
We will review this statement at least once a year and when we make significant changes to the service.
